Use of the Website
This site introduces Philee’s event displays and rental services in Northern Virginia. Visitors may browse and inquire for lawful purposes but must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, upload malware or submit infringing or misleading content.
Inquiries Are Not Orders
Sending a rental inquiry is not a purchase, confirmed booking, guarantee of inventory or promise of a particular price. Rental quotes, customization, booking payments, deposit requirements, cancellations and care obligations are governed by the Event Display Rental Terms and the separately accepted booking documents.
Photos, Pricing and Availability
Site photographs illustrate possible event styling. Flowers, balloons, furniture, accessories and additional services may not be included unless expressly listed in an accepted quote. Prices vary according to equipment, customization, location and service requirements; an individual quote controls.
Site Content and Brand Assets
Original website text, images, designs, logos and other creative material are owned by Philee or their lawful rights holders. Ordinary personal browsing is permitted, but commercial reproduction, resale or misleading use requires appropriate authorization. Customer artwork submitted for customization must be lawfully supplied.
Privacy and Service Communications
Information supplied through an inquiry is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Philee may respond about rental availability, quotes or accepted bookings. Promotional emails, if offered, are separate from necessary service correspondence and subject to applicable choices and legal requirements.
External Platforms and Technical Availability
Third-party links and services have their own policies. Philee strives to maintain current descriptions and functional site access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website operation, error-free third-party integrations or availability of every pictured display.
Lawful Rights and Responsibility
Nothing in these website terms releases a party from personal injury liability for its own future negligence where Virginia law forbids such releases or from fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or other legally nonwaivable liability. Contractual limitations are enforceable only to the extent applicable law permits.

These website terms take effect on October 10, 2026 and may be updated prospectively as services change. Specific confirmed rentals are controlled by the terms accepted at booking, subject to applicable law. Virginia law governs where applicable without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
