Our rental inquiry form requests full name, email address, phone number, event date and type, venue city/location, display interests, personalization or custom-color options, delivery/setup preferences, and any event details that you choose to supply. Further correspondence, booking documents, agreed customization proofs and payment or delivery records may be collected if you proceed with a rental.
